Announcement PDF 26 March 2025 Appointment of Executive Chairman Horizon Gold Limited (ASX:HRN) (Horizon or the Company) is pleased to announce that Peter Sullivan, currently serving as Non-executive Chairman, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman with immediate effect. This move is aimed at strengthening the executive capabilities of the Company with a focus on corporate development as the Company advances through the Gum Creek Feasibility Study. The key terms of Mr Sullivan’s executive role will be an additional $140,000 per annum in fees with no fixed term but subject to one month notice of termination by either the Company or Mr Sullivan.
